Business inquiries
Our wholesale inquiry form collects your name, company, country, email address, product models and estimated quantity. You may also provide a WhatsApp number, intended application, required delivery date and other requirements. We use these details to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and provide related support. Form submissions are stored in our website administration system and may be sent to our sales mailbox. An acknowledgement may be sent to the email address you provide.
Comments
When visitors leave comments, we collect the information shown in the comments form, their IP address and browser user-agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address may be provided to Gravatar to check whether you use that service. Its privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy/. After a comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible alongside it.
Uploaded media
If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may be able to download images and extract that information.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may opt to save your name, email address and website in cookies so you do not need to enter them again. These cookies last for one year.

Retention
Comments and their metadata may be retained indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be recognized and approved. For registered users, we store the information provided in their user profile. Users can view, edit or delete their profile information, except their username. Site administrators can also access and edit that information.
Your information requests
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an export of the personal information we hold about you, including information you supplied. You can also request deletion. Information required for administration, legal obligations or security may need to be retained.
