(\u5357\u5b89\u542c\u98ce\u8005\u901a\u8baf\u8bbe\u5907\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8), trading as SHJ Communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return Period<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 calendar days after the customer receives the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a return, please email <a href=\"mailto:dxu76256@gmail.com\">dxu76256@gmail.com<\/a> before sending any product back. EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from eligible online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return Authorization reasons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software and Digital Downloads<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before purchasing or downloading software, firmware, manuals, programming files, or other digital content, customers are responsible for checking product-model and system compatibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital products that have not been downloaded, accessed, activated, or delivered may be eligible for cancellation and refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a digital file has been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or a license key has been activated, the purchase is generally non-refundable unless:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The digital content is defective<br>\u2022 The customer received the incorrect file<br>\u2022 The content is materially different from its description<br>\u2022 A refund is required by applicable law<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for confirming before purchase that radio equipment, frequencies, transmission functions, software, accessories, and intended uses comply with the laws and licensing requirements of their country or region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A product is not considered defective solely because its transmission functions, frequencies, certification, programming, or use are restricted by local law, provided that the product supplied matches its description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This provision does not limit any mandatory rights relating to incorrect, defective, or misdescribed products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"10\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund Inspection<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving a returned product, we will inspect it and notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the
